A single mom that had to find a means of survival in a competitive city. 10 years back Princy survived by working in a student accommodation, providing meals. Her passion for cooking led to a successful career. Covid-19, which led to 100% loss of revenue in the business, forced Princy to knock on new doors. “Plated by Princy” became an established caterer for meals and special events, focused on vegetarian cooking.
